Price
The school field trip cost is $10 per person for any Student, Staff, or Family Member (School Bus Drivers and siblings under 24 months are FREE)
Minimum
A total of at least 30 paying Students and Staff are required for a school field trip. (Family members do not count toward the minimum requirement except for Homeschool Trips)
Multiple Classes
Although we do allow multiple classes to visit at the same time, each class must be booked separately by their individual teachers to ensure clear instructions.
Payment
Choose whichever of these payment methods work best for you: ❶ Farm can send an invoice to the school after field trip -OR- ❷ One single payment can be made upon arrival by Cash or Official School Check (no personal checks can be accepted) 👨👩👧Any Family Members who will be paying for themselves should plan to do so immediately upon arrival
Easy Check-In
Upon arrival, only one person from your Staff must check-in inside the Farm Store with Payment, Attendee List, and signed Farm Waivers. 👨👩👧 Any Family Members attending should plan to check-in inside the Farm Store 15 minutes BEFORE students arrive.
Schedule
Trade the classroom walls for wide-open fields and curious alpacas! We have 4 learning stations: Learn about ALPACAS, Learn about PUMPKINS, Learn about CORN, and Learn about KINDNESS. 🥪Picnic tables are available for your class so feel free to pack a bagged lunch or pre-purchase a lunch order from the Farmyard Food Truck. ⭐ The Farm Store will be open during your field trip for optional souvenir shopping. Feel free to have parents send CASH if their children wish to participate.
Your Day, Your Way…
We keep our stress-free field trips self-guided so you can spend as little or as much time as you feel is best at each activity. Your class can enjoy the learning stations, attractions, corn maze, pumpkin patch, and lunch/play time at a pace that works for your students. Our recommendation is for each class to begin at a different learning station and then rotate through all three before moving on to lunch and play time. This helps keep things moving smoothly and gives everyone a chance to experience each station. HOWEVER — this is your field trip! If you have something different in mind or would like to discuss alternate options for your group, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to work with you to create a customized day that fits your class. Our goal has always been to provide a happy, fun, and memorable learning experience outside the classroom!

Weather & Attire
The Farm may reschedule Field Trips in case of rain, snow, or temps below 50 degrees. This is a completely outdoor experience. Dress according to the weather and be prepared to get dirty. Be sure to wear closed-toe shoes and keep in mind that you will be walking on dirt, gravel and grass with some rolling hills and uneven surfaces. Socks are required on the jump pad.
Facility
Portable outdoor toilet and handwashing station is available. Basic first aid kit is available but there is no nurse or doctor on staff. Please request any special accommodations at time of booking.
Notices
Outside food other than bagged lunches, Smoking, Vaping, Pets, Alcohol, Drugs, Weapons and Drones are not allowed. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times; farm does not provide supervision. Payment and signed waiver are required for everyone entering the farm; regardless of participation with the exception of school field trip bus drivers and children under 24 months. Field trips are not exclusive to any one group unless a private booking is reserved.
